Risk document requests

Access and manage active document requests efficiently through Company Actions and Action Center.

Locating document requests

There are two places to view active document requests:

  1. Company details > Company actions
  1. Action center

Company actions tab

Check's Risk team conducts a Company Review process during onboarding to evaluate each company's creditworthiness and to meet our legal diligence obligations. During this process, Check may request documentation to verify that the company is conducting legitimate business operations or to determine whether the company should qualify for accelerated payroll processing.

A company's risk document requests initiated by Check can be found under the Company Actions tab of the company's detail page in Console. The Company Actions view provides indicators for the number of requests per active status. Actions are available for submitting documents to fulfill new requests, fix previously rejected documents, and resubmit documents which are pending review.

Action center

An aggregated view of document requests across all companies can be seen in Console's "Action Center." The document requirements listed in the Action Center are sorted by the most recent time a document requirement’s status was updated (with most recent at the top). You can filter the requirements to include only those requiring action – meaning the status is either “Open” or “Failed” – or to include all requirements, including those in “Pending” or “Resolved” statuses.
