How to prepare for your Product Review
Prepare for your payroll product review with essential setup and submission guidelines.
As a part of your payroll go-live process, Check will conduct an end-to-end review of your payroll product. Our goal with this review to provide feedback and proactively highlight anything that is required to be implemented to ensure a smooth launch and positive customer experience.
This guide aims to provide transparency to the aspects of your product that our team will be reviewing.
Please note - partners should vet payroll product decisions and workflows with your compliance, legal, and security teams.
Submission Requirements:
- Screen-record the flows for company, employer, and employee setup, as well as the running of payroll. These screen-recordings should demonstrate your ability to meet all the criteria listed below.
