What is Check's Console?

Check Console is an internal dashboard for managing your payroll product across all of your customers, which will help you and your team gain deeper visibility into your payroll business. Console gives you a clear outlook both on high-level items such as companies and employees on your platform and more granular details like individual payrolls, benefits, and deductions. With Console, there’s no need to build an internal tool to visualize your data in Check - we provide the necessary features to empower your operations team and developers to create an amazing experience for your customers.

Here’s what Check’s partners use Console to do:

  1. Access payroll data: All company, worker, and payroll data is exposed in Console for your team to view, and even update and create.
  1. Submit a support request: Console is the hub for Check support where your team can submit queries to Check’s team.
  1. Manage setups: Users can perform setups end-to-end in Console. They can also submit migrating companies to Check’s setup team via embedded setup and monitor their progress through each stage of the setup process, from initial submission all the way to completion.
  1. View Help Center articles: Access a comprehensive library of content to start and support your payroll business. Topics include the Support & Operations Playbook, Check's Training Program, FAQs, Payroll Fundamentals, and more.
  1. Interact with CheckAI: CheckAI can be accessed in Console under the "Get Help" icon. CheckAI can answer general knowledge questions, share Help Center content, and help with Console navigation.
