This article provides information on how to navigate Check's Help Center.
Check's Help Center
Check's Help Center offers documentation that you can use to help support your payroll operations including employer and employee FAQs, API Guides, Release Notes, and hundreds of articles pertaining to payroll knowledge and leveraging Check to support your payroll business.
Accessing the Help Center
- Click the “Help Center” link in the left nav bar of Check Console.
- From any screen in Check Console, click “Get Help” to open CheckAI, and click the link in the prompt.
- Once on the Help Center, you can use the Search for articles box to type key words or topics you'd like to learn more about, browse through the Help Center articles, or browse promoted articles.
