How to Escalate a Ticket
Escalate urgent support tickets swiftly to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
Introduction
Check prioritizes support tickets automatically based on the type of issue, allowing us to address the most urgent matters as quickly as possible. If you believe your issue requires faster attention than whatโs covered under our standard SLAs, this article outlines how to escalate it to our priority queues.
We ask that escalations be reserved for truly time-sensitive issues and treated as exceptions to the standard process.
Escalating an Open Ticket
If you have a ticket that needs immediate attention, you can escalate it directly by using the โEscalate to Checkโ button.
To do this:
- Navigate to your open ticket.
- Click the Escalate to Check button.
This action will move your ticket into our priority workflow, ensuring it's reviewed with heightened urgency.
