  1. Under “Account Selection,” choose Employer’s Withholding
  1. Complete and submit your application

Step 2: Create a Username and Password

  1. Click “Create Online Profile”

Granting TPA Access to Check

Once your UI account is active:

  1. Log in at: https://huiclaims.hawaii.gov/#/
  1. Click “Employer Services”
  1. Go to “User Management”
  1. Locate Check’s request with a “Service Company” role
  1. Click “Approve” under the Actions column

Step 1: Obtain a TDI Policy
