Enable credit limits in sandbox environments and track QSEHRA reimbursements effectively.
Credit Limits Enablement in Sandbox
Next Thursday, February 5th, we will enable credit limits across partner sandbox environments. Sandbox credit limits will mirror the credit limits currently active in live provider instances. If credit limits are live in your production account, the same limits will apply in your sandbox instances.
If you use sandbox to test large money movement flows involving accelerated ACH, you may now see impacts due to these limits. Workarounds for credit limit blocks in sandbox remain the same as in production. If you need to continue specific testing or require adjusted credit limits in sandbox instances, please contact Support to request changes.
Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA)
QSEHRA is a special type of health benefit for small employers, in which the employer reimburses employees directly for medical expenses and must be reported on the W-2 in Box 12.
We have added the ability to track QSEHRA reimbursements in Check API by setting the “code” on reimbursements. For more information, refer to our Working with Reimbursements guide. If QSEHRA reimbursements need to be added retroactively on 2025 W-2Cs, please submit a support ticket with a list of the affected employees and QSEHRA amounts.
