Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Benefit Type
We have added support for a new benefit type for Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plans. NQDC plans are agreements that allow employees to postpone a portion of their pay until a future date (typically retirement), deferring income taxes but leaving the funds as an unsecured company liability.
Some NQDC plan scenarios, including distributions and multi-year vesting, are not currently supported. Please refer to our Help Center article for more information.
